Focus is a new concept for Moray. The only dedicated fully equiped, full-time
martial arts studio, shop and fitness centre, offering multi-style training in
a range of martial arts disciplines including Taekwondo, Karate, Kung Fu, Tai
Chi, Thai Bo and classes in Aerobics and yoga. Training is offered for all ages
and abilities with regular seminars and workshops open to students of all

two levels Focus caters for the beginners and advanced students

male and female changing rooms with shower facilities. Focus shop offers an
array of martial arts clothing, equipment and accessories including training
suits, protective gear, shoes, videos, books and magazines.
